Where to Start...
The initial meeting can be arranged at our office or your home, at a time that suits you. This first meeting is where we will discuss your ideas
We can work with your existing design to create concept plans to suit your project site and life style.
Once we have an idea of what you are planning, even at this early stage, we will discuss the budget you have in mind to make sure your project is within the scope of what you expect to spend. Sometimes a few compromises now can save a lot of heartache and money later.
Concept Plan
After discussing your ideas and requirements, Drafting Waikato Ltd. will start drawing up a preliminary concept plan using our CAD system. This is when we can confirm your design ideas on a scaled plan with dimensions and supply a few elevations to make visualisation of your project much easier.
At this stage we will also confirm any potential issues with local council requirements. From here on we will guide you through the easy to follow step-by-step process that will help procure your building consent.
