Permit set of plans for council: Single story residence from $25.00 / m2 + GST

Permit set of plans for council: Two storey residence from $35.00 / m2 + GST

Plus Printing and disbursements.

The above rates are standard drawing rates and will vary depending on job location and complexity. Each project is unique so we will provide you with a quote (after our initial meeting) that suits your individual lifestyle, budget and requirements.
